Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel a subscription with DeepBeat.ai (“DeepBeat”) and request a refund. It applies to purchases made on deepbeat.ai through our payment partner, Razorpay, in any supported currency including INR and USD.

1. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings of your DeepBeat dashboard, or by emailing ojasv@deepbeat.ai from the email address registered to the account.
  • Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; we do not pro-rate fees for partial months unless otherwise stated in your order form.
  • Annual plans paid in advance are non-refundable after the 7-day window described below, except as required by law.

2. 7-day refund window for new paid plans

If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the original charge, provided you have not consumed more than 25% of the included usage (e.g., minutes of dubbing, characters of speech synthesis, image translations, or API calls) for that billing period. After 7 days, or once the usage threshold is exceeded, the plan is non-refundable for that billing cycle.

3. Failed deliveries and service issues

If a job fails because of a confirmed defect on our side (for example, a completed dubbing render is corrupted, or an API request fails with a server error and is charged), we will either re-run the job at no cost or credit your account for the failed usage. Report the issue to ojasv@deepbeat.ai within 7 days of the charge.

4. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

If you see a duplicate charge, or a charge you did not authorize, contact ojasv@deepbeat.ai with the transaction reference and the last four digits of the card. After verification with our payment partner, we will refund confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charges in full.

5. Refund processing

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
  • Indian cards typically receive the refund in 5 to 7 business days after approval.
  • International cards typically receive the refund in 7 to 14 business daysafter approval, subject to your card issuer’s processing time and any applicable currency conversion.
  • Refunds will be in the original currency of the charge. Any difference you see in your statement is due to exchange-rate movement between the charge and the refund and is outside our control.

6. What is not refundable

  • Usage-based charges that exceed plan limits and were already consumed.
  • One-time onboarding, professional services, or custom model fees that have started or been delivered.
  • Discounted, promotional, or trial credits.
  • Charges older than 7 days, except where covered by clauses 3 or 4 above.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. If you have a billing question, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of the account until the dispute is resolved.
